My story
I'm the CEO and Head of Development at iosource.ru, a digital agency. My responsibility is strategic planning and building the development process — I personally make sure that what we ship to clients doesn't just work at handover, but holds up under real load and the SLAs we commit to, without emergency fixes or outages at the worst possible moment.
I've been in IT for 6 years — I started with backend development in Python, and gradually moved from writing code to designing the architecture of entire systems. Over that time I went from developer to CEO of an agency that now covers three areas: smart AI-driven automation, complex web services built from scratch, and ERP systems of all kinds.
I founded iosource.ru in 2023 — back then the team was just a few people; today it's more than a dozen specialists across backend, frontend, ML, infrastructure, and project management. In that time the agency has delivered projects for clients in retail, education, and manufacturing.
My approach is simple: don't write code for its own sake. Before proposing a solution, we always dig into the client's actual business problem first and work out what's genuinely cost-effective — even if it's not the flashiest technical option. That's exactly why clients come back to us to keep developing their product after the first project.
